The cholla has quickly become one of my favorite cacti to carve. I add texture and dimension to each artwork and this cholla has such a variety of cuts and carved lines to create its look. The six colors used are muted tones that together give it a vibrant yet tranquil appearance.
40 layers of acrylic paint on a wood panel. It is signed on the back and has a wire making it ready to hang.
