Here’s what you can expect:
1. An easy-to-use, secure, best practice E-Commerce checkout
Works may also be acquired over the phone any time or in-person by appointment
2. An immediately emailed receipt
3. A personal follow-up with tracking information when your piece is shipped—usually within 2-3 days of purchase.
4. Your package(s) will arrive within 7-10 days* from purchase. Included you’ll find:
Your new artwork, securely packaged and ready to hang or display,
A packing slip,
Your certificate of authenticity,
And a special thank-you.
5. Another personal follow-up to be sure everything was delivered as expected.
If any damage has occurred, Western Gallery will work with you to make it right.
