We hope you love your new acquisition(s), but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information.
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, re-pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RMA, insure the package for its full value plus shipping expenses, and mail your return to the address provided with your RMA. Please then email your return tracking number with your RMA to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, shipping charges are not refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, and fully insure it against damage. Uninsured returns can not be accepted or refunded.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please take numerous, detailed photos of the damage or defects to the product and of all components of the packaging, damaged or otherwise. Then contact us immediately at 512-693-8787 to arrange a refund, exchange, repair or restoration.
