Scott Thompson

Graduating with an MFA in studio art San Francisco’s Academy of Art, Scott Thompson expresses his love for painting through landscapes, horses, cattle, and wildlife. Drawn to the ever-changing western atmosphere, he embraces the challenge it presents. Thompson’s painting philosophy centers on the values of practice, repetition, and a deep appreciation for shapes, colors, and transitioning light in nature.
