Return Policy

We hope you love your new acquisition(s), but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information.

RETURNS

Upon receipt of your new acquisition, you may have up to seven (7) days to evaluate it at home. If you determine you aren’t satisfied with a purchase, please contact us immediately at info@western.gallery or 512-693-8787.

All returned items must be in the condition they were received. If a piece is damaged on delivery (rare, but it has happened), it will either be repaired or refunded.

For defective or damaged deliveries, please take numerous, detailed photos of the damage or defective item or items, and of all components of the packaging, damaged or otherwise. Then contact us immediately at 512-693-8787 to arrange a refund, exchange, repair or restoration.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at info@western.gallery to for shipping information. Please do NOT ship works without first contacting us.

Once your return is on our radar and we’ve sent a return address, please re-pack the item securely in its original packaging, insure the package for its full value plus shipping expenses, and mail your return to the address provided. Please then email your return tracking number to us at info@western.gallery.

Please note, shipping charges are not refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, and fully insure it against damage. Uninsured returns can not be accepted or refunded.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
