Unique Work
A one-of-a-kind, original artwork.
Limited Edition
A known number of works were produced; once they’re gone, they can not be restocked. Usually these works are signed and numbered by the artist.
Open Edition
A total tally of works hasn’t been specified. These may be signed and numbered, but without noting an edition size. Made-to-order prints and castings fall into this category.
Unknown Edition
Works are no longer being produced, and the number of works is unknown.
