When you decide to make your life a little brighter with a piece of fine art from Western Gallery, we want your experience to be nothing short of excellent.


Here’s what you can expect:

1. A beautiful, hand-curated selection of fine art.

2. An easy-to-use, secure, best practice E-Commerce checkout.

Works may also be acquired over the phone any time or in-person by appointment. Please call 512-693-8787 or email to discuss. We're here to serve.

3. An immediately emailed receipt.

4. A personal follow-up with tracking information when your piece is shipped—usually within 2-3 days of purchase.

5. Your package(s) will arrive within 7-10 days* from purchase. Included you’ll find:

Your new artwork, securely packaged and ready to hang or display, a packing slip, and a special thank-you.

6. Another personal follow-up to be sure everything was delivered as expected.

If any damage has occurred, Western Gallery will work with you to make it right.
