After the Gold Rush

In “After the Gold Rush,” Western Gallery invites visitors to contemplate the history and mythos of the American West in the context of Neil Young’s breakout solo album. The exhibition brings together more than 100 works by over 30 artists from across the United States, offering distinct takes on Western traditions.

Hosted at Vaughn Art Gallery in Austin, TX, the show ran throughout April 2023 with an opening reception on April 1 and an artist panel on April 2.
