Victoria Gilmore  //  @victoriajgilmore

Born and raised in West Texas, Victoria Gilmore is dedicated to depicting the wild beauty of nature and human emotion through Fine Art. After spending four years studying in Ateliers and cultivating a skill and love for drawing and painting, she works primarily as a freelance artist. With a fascination and ever growing knowledge of movement through nature, a certain fluidity courses through her work along with touches of the nostalgic Southwest.

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always had an unwavering passion for the outdoors and its wild beauty. I longed to capture and share the feeling of freedom and strength it gave me. When I began my journey as a fine artist, that same desire remained along with a growing fascination of southwestern history. Through a realistic yet unfiltered approach using lines and suggestions of smoke, my subject matter continues to possess the untamed essence of creation. It is my hope that through my work, viewers may be captivated by the freedom of nature and the remarkable resilience and grit of a people who came before us.
